Are you looking for a unique and relaxing get away or are you traveling with your horse? We offer a rustic fully furnished creek side retreat for 2 that is perfect for folks that don't have a camper. Our cabin features a full kitchen, futon bed and bath with shower.
We are located on a large farm in beautiful Athens Alabama . Bring your horse and ride our trails or we can supply rental horses right to your door. Cookout and picnic in the secluded cabin area or sit on the porch and listen to the crickets. You can bring your fishing gear for a great day on Wheeler Lake, the Tennessee River or the Elk River.

We wanted to send our thanks for providing us with a great get-away last weekend. Having access to your stables afforded our horses with much-needed rest from our many hours on the road. Your heated wash racks and large grooming area were real handy in preparing our horses for the barrel-race on Saturday. The products offered by your tack and feed store helped to relieve the stress of going on a long trip and forgetting something that we really needed for the horses. Having access to your arena and trails gave the horses a place to stretch their legs, relieve tension and catch some fresh air.
With this being our anniversary weekend, the cabin afforded us with the opportunity to have some privacy and still enjoy the amenities of a hotel. Even though I wasn't sure what we would find until we arrived, I couldn't help but take some of the credit for planning, when Lana (my wife) expressed her appreciation for the accommodations. Getting to run barrelhorses and scoring points with your wife on your anniversary is not something a guy gets to do too often!
Life doesn't get much better than being able to do something you enjoy, with your significant other, and meet such great people. You and your staff made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.
